Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your JOOY pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Sale items are final sale, unless damaged.
How to Start a Return
Simply contact us at info@jooy.ch with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will of course cover all costs.
